Product Description

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) capsule filters are known for their ability to filter organic solvents, aggressive/corrosive chemical solutions, and gas. These durable and strong filters are hydrophobic and also feature chemical and thermal resistance. You can find these capsule being used in the environmental, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries. The thermally bonded PTFE capsule filters come in a variety of lengths with filtration areas ranging from 500cm2 - 2000cm2. They can be autoclaved at 121 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
