1.MBR system is a new type of high efficient water treatment technology which combines high performance membrane separation technology with traditional biological treatment. The membrane instead of traditional activated sludge method in two sedimentation tank, which will greatly enhance the ability of the system of solid-liquid separation, the system of water quality and volume load have been greatly improved, the effluent can be reused as reclaimed water. Due to Membrane filtration, the microorganism is completely entrapped in the bioreactor, which finish the complete separation of the hydraulic retention time and the activated sludge age, and solve the problem of sludge bulking in the traditional activated sludge process. Due to The membrane bioreactor has high removal efficiency of organic pollutants, nitrification ability, Stable effluent quality, Low yield of excess sludge , the advantages of design and simple operation, so the membrane has great application potential in the field of sewage treatment and environmental engineering. The new technology of membrane separation and biological treatment of waste water combined with the traditional process, and has achieved the goal of efficient sewage treatment. Secondly, it will changes the operation mode of the membrane separation device of Pressurized operation mode to the suction operation mode, thus greatly reducing the energy consumption and operation cost.
